The short version

Clausul does not use tracking cookies. We do not need a cookie consent banner because we do not set any cookies for analytics or advertising purposes.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. Plausible:

• Does not use cookies.
• Does not collect personal identifiers (IP addresses, fingerprints).
• Does not track users across sites or sessions.
• Is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR without a consent banner.

Plausible collects only aggregate, anonymous data: page views, referral sources, browser and device type, and country-level location. No individual user can be identified from this data.

Essential cookies

When you log in to the clausul application, we set a session cookie that is strictly necessary for the Service to function. This cookie:

• Identifies your authenticated session.
• Is not used for tracking or analytics.
• Is deleted when you log out or when it expires.

Essential cookies do not require consent under GDPR or the ePrivacy Directive because the Service cannot function without them.

Third-party cookies

We do not allow third-party advertising or tracking cookies on clausul.com. Third-party services we use (Plausible, Formspree) do not set cookies.
