The demo
Provider softened its own obligations across four separate sections — security notification made optional, service level downgraded, termination stripped from Customer, gross negligence now capped. Language shifts, not numbers.
6. SECURITY
6.3 Provider shall may notify Customer in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of becoming aware of any security
incident…
9. TERM AND TERMINATION
9.2 Either Party Provider may terminate this Agreement for any reason upon sixty (60) days' prior written notice
to the other Party Customer.
Security Incident Notification Made Optional
Replacing "shall notify" with "may notify" eliminates Customer's contractual right to timely notification of security breaches. A mandatory 24-hour obligation becomes a suggestion.
MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of March 1, 2026 ("Effective Date") by and between NorthPath Analytics Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Provider"), and Harborline Logistics Corp., a New York corporation ("Customer").
5. SERVICE LEVELS
5.1 Provider shall use best reasonable efforts to ensure that the Services are available at least ninety-nine and five-tenths
percent (99.5%) of the time, measured monthly.
6. SECURITY
6.3 Provider shall may notify Customer in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of becoming aware of any
actual or reasonably suspected security incident affecting Customer Data.
9. TERM AND TERMINATION
9.2 Either Party Provider may terminate this Agreement for any reason upon sixty (60) days' prior written notice
to the other Party Customer.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.2 The limitations in Section 10.1 shall not apply to damages arising from
(a) a Party's gross negligence orwillful misconduct, (b) breach of confidentiality obligations…

Features
Font swaps, margin tweaks, whitespace. They're real changes, but they're not your problem. clausul sorts every change by severity so you can filter out the noise and focus on what matters.
Each change gets a short note tied to the exact redline edit. What changed, what it used to say, and what to verify. No black-box claims. Every note links back to the source text.
Generate a clean redline with native Word tracked changes. Send it to opposing counsel the way they expect it. No plugins, no proprietary viewers.
Move between changes with j/k or arrow keys. Filter by severity. Pretty obvious stuff, but here we are.
